R.I.P. Prime Minister Dehaene

Jean-Luc Dehaene, Belgium’s prime minister from 1992 till 1999. He died yesterday while battling pancreatic cancer.

The cartoon was sketched on paper, then finished in Manga Studio, using the Yiynova MVP22u+IPS digitizer monitor.
